1. Introduction
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for paid ZetaMarker subscriptions (the "Pro" plan). It should be read together with our Terms of Services and Privacy Policy.
2. Free trial
Pro includes a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
You can cancel from your account settings at app.zetamarker.com or by contacting support@zetamarker.com.
3. After the trial — billing and cancellations
When the trial ends, your chosen billing interval (monthly or annual) begins unless you cancel first.
- Monthly subscriptions renew each month until you cancel.
- Annual subscriptions renew each year until you cancel.
You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, you typically retain access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide automatic pro-rated refunds for unused time in a billing period unless required by applicable law.
4. Exceptional refunds
We do not offer automatic refunds for partial subscription periods. We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases such as:
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Technical failures that prevented reasonable use of paid features
- Other circumstances reviewed by our support team
To request an exceptional refund, contact support@zetamarker.com within 14 days of the charge and include your account email and a brief description of the issue.
5. How to cancel
Cancel from Settings → Subscription in the web dashboard, or email support. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not delete your highlights unless you separately delete your account or data.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use of paid features after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
