Bulk actions on pages
Select multiple pages in the dashboard to delete, label, star, or export in one step. Bulk export is limited to 10 pages at a time.
Bulk actions in the pages library save time when you organize, export, or clean up many pages at once.
Prerequisites
- Signed in at /app
- Pro trial or subscription for label, star, and export actions
Select pages
- Open Your pages library.
- Check boxes on individual pages, or use Select all on the current page of results.
- The selection bar shows how many are selected (for example, 3 selected).
While processing, you may see Processing 5 pages… (with your actual count).
Available actions

Delete (soft delete)
Deleting from the library moves pages to Trash, not permanent deletion.
- Toast: Page moved to Trash or Pages moved to Trash
- Undo appears for 5 seconds — click to restore immediately

Bulk export
- Select up to 10 pages.
- Click Export.
- Choose a format: Copy All, TXT, HTML, PDF, or Markdown.
Limit: If you select more than 10 pages, you see Bulk export is limited to 10 pages at a time. You have 11 selected..

Highlight bulk actions (page detail)
On a single page, you can also bulk-select highlights (not whole pages):
- Change color
- Export selected
- Delete selected
