Report bugs and send feedback

Use Google Forms for bug reports and feedback, rate the extension on the Chrome Web Store, and submit uninstall feedback.

ZetaMarker collects product feedback through forms and store reviews — not inside the documentation site.

Bug report

For reproducible bugs, crashes, or broken behavior:

  1. Open the extension Options menu (⋯ in the sidebar or PDF toolbar).
  2. Click Bug report.

Opens the bug report form in a new tab.

Dashboard: profile menu → Bug Report (same form).

Feedback

For feature ideas and general product input:

  1. Extension Options → Feedback.
  2. Or dashboard profile menu → Feedback.

Rate us

Extension Options → Rate us opens the Chrome Web Store reviews page for ZetaMarker.

Reviews help other users discover the extension.

Uninstall feedback

When you remove the extension from Chrome, Chrome may open an uninstall feedback form automatically. You do not need to find this in a menu — it appears as part of uninstall.

When to email support instead

Use Contact support (support@zetamarker.com) for:

  • Account login or billing issues
  • Email address changes
  • Anything requiring a direct reply from the team
