Email support
Use email for:
- Account and login issues
- Billing and subscription questions
- Email address changes (dashboard settings directs you here)
- Anything that needs a direct reply from the team
We aim to respond as quickly as possible.
Contact form (marketing site)
Use the contact page on the marketing site for general inquiries. If the form fails, the page suggests emailing support@zetamarker.com directly.
Bug report and feedback (extension & dashboard)
For product issues and feature ideas, use the built-in forms — faster for the team to triage:
