Export your highlights

Copy or download highlights from a single page in Copy All, TXT, HTML, PDF, or Markdown format from the dashboard or extension.

Export highlights for notes, citations, backups, or sharing outside ZetaMarker.

Single-page export (dashboard)

  1. Open a page in Page detail or the PDF viewer.
  2. Use the export menu or Export selected for selected highlights only.

Formats:

Copy All uses the structured format described in Copy highlights.

Single-page export (extension)

  1. Open the page in the extension sidebar.
  2. Options → export, or Copy all for quick copy.

Success toast: Copied to clipboard.

Bulk export (library)

  1. Select up to 10 pages in Your pages library.
  2. Click Export.
  3. Pick a format.

Selecting more than 10 pages shows Bulk export is limited to 10 pages at a time. You have 11 selected..

Pro requirement

Bulk export requires Pro trial or subscription. Single-page export is available on the free tier.

Delete and restore

Soft delete, undo, Trash restore, and permanent deletion across the dashboard and Chrome extension.

Bulk export limits

Bulk highlight export is limited to 10 pages per action and requires Pro. Single-page export has no page-count limit.
