Labels

Labels organize your pages library into custom categories — projects, courses, topics, or anything you need.

Prerequisites

• Pro trial or subscription
• Signed in at /app

Upgrade gates show Labels require ZetaMarker Pro if your trial or subscription is inactive.

Create a label

1. In the dashboard sidebar, find Labels.
2. Click + (Create new label).
3. Enter a Label name.
4. Optionally check Nest label under: and pick a parent label.
5. Click Create.

You can also choose Add sublabel from a label's ⋯ menu to nest under an existing label.

Edit or delete labels

From the ⋯ menu on any label:

• Edit — rename or change nesting
• Remove label — deletes the label from all pages (The label has been removed from all pages.)
• Add sublabel — create a child label

Duplicate names under the same parent are blocked with an error like A label with the name "{{name}}" already exists at {{location}}. Please choose a different name.

Apply labels to pages

Single page (page detail):

1. Open a page in Page detail view.
2. Click Add label and pick from the popup.
3. Search with Search labels or create a new label inline.
4. Remove a label by clicking its chip.

Bulk apply (library):

1. Select pages with checkboxes.
2. Click Label as (tag icon).
3. Pick a label — toast: Labels updated.

Filter by label

Click a label in the sidebar to filter the library (URL pattern: /app/pages?label=…).

The page title shows Pages labeled "My label" with the label name. Use Search for all Pages with label "My label" for a broader search.
