Manage highlights in the dashboard
Edit highlight colors and comments, bulk-select highlights, filter by color, and export from the dashboard page detail and library views.
Manage highlights from the page detail view and bulk actions on the pages library.
Edit a single highlight
On the page detail view:
- Click a highlight to expand it.
- Change color from the color picker (Change color).
- Add or edit the Comment: inline.
- Use Copy text or Share as needed.
- Click Delete to remove the highlight.
Changes sync to the extension on the next sync for that URL.
Filter and sort
- Sort by: Newest First, Oldest First, By Position
- Filter by color: show only one highlight color at a time
These match the extension sidebar sort options for consistency.
Multi-select highlights
- Select checkboxes on multiple highlights.
- Choose an action:
- Change color — apply one color to all selected
- Delete — remove selected highlights
- Export selected — download chosen highlights
If you delete all highlights on a page, the page itself is removed: Last highlight deleted. Page removed.
Bulk actions on pages (library)
From All Pages, select multiple pages (up to 10 on the current list page):

If you select more than 10 pages for export, you see: Bulk export is limited to 10 pages at a time. You have 11 selected.
Highlight colors
Five colors everywhere — extension and dashboard:
Yellow, Green, Blue, Pink, Red
Export and filter labels use the same names.
Extension parity
Color and comment edits work the same on web pages and PDFs in the extension. Dashboard edits appear in the extension after sync; extension edits appear in the dashboard after sync.
